Control
Try your best to know what you’re in control of. Trials and tribulation will always remain a constant encounter in your life. You can’t predict the outcome of every situation but you can predict behavior and assess consistency in environments/atmospheres.
Always be cautious of the unknown, and know the consequences of taking risks. By this I mean that you should maintain an awareness of your surroundings but don’t be overly stressed or worried about what could potentially happen. Ultimately you’re only in control and can only control your own words and actions.
Avoid worrying and concerning yourself of the future. Many times I’ve tried to anticipate or prepare for what’s to come but ultimately you wont know what the future holds. When things become present to you, will one be able to act upon in given time.
Instead of worrying, trying to prepare, plan, organize, predict and what ever else you try to do in regards to future occurrences. Try your best to focus on the present, allow yourself to maintain an openness and an awareness throughout your journey through life. Thoughts that consist of a measure between positive and negative, inevitably lead to stress, anxiety and panic. Stay balanced, neutral, optimistic, hopeful, faithful, calm and especially maintain an acceptance of that for which will happen if or when the time comes.
